Jeffrey Krueger, B.S., J.D., CPA

Mr. Krueger is a tenured business professional with a track record of success, growth and expansion spanning 40 years. He has held positions as CEO, COO, CFO and Corporate General Counsel for various entities, both public and private, with annual revenues ranging to over $200 million. Many of the entities he led involved both domestic and international operations. He possesses exceptional analytical, communication and team building skills. He has a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, organize, redeploy, build confidence and improve efficiencies with the result of building exceptional shareholder wealth and value. Mr. Krueger recognized the emerging need of seniors, including his own family members, and consequently launched SAFE HOMECARE to provide high quality Support Assistance For Elderly (SAFE). Jeff is an attorney, an active member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Florida Society of CPA’s.

Adam A. Krueger, CFE

Adam obtained his B.S. in 2008 from Florida State University. Adam’s Bachelor’s degree specialized in Communications and Advertising, and after graduation, Adam worked on the Ritz Carlton and AFLAC accounts, among others, for a Tallahassee, Florida advertising agency serving local, regional, national and high-profile international accounts. Thereafter, Mr. Krueger held the position of Community Liaison with Comprehensive Home Care in Tampa, Florida. In July, 2012, Mr. Krueger joined HealthPRO Resource Network, as Business Development Manager, a position he held until January, 2014. Following his role at HealthPRO, Adam held the position of Operations Manager for SAFE HOMECARE – Tulsa until November, 2014. At that time, Mr. Krueger was tapped to be the Chief Operating Officer, for SHC Global, the franchisor entity for SAFE HOMECARE, a position he continues to hold to this day. Adam's responsibilities include coordination of all IT activity including operating software, websites, intranet and SEO.​ Adam has obtained his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from the IFA (International Franchise Association).
