Matt Gustafson

President

Franchise Owner, Matt Gustafson is a native Floridian. Matt graduated from Florida Atlantic University and has a background in operations management.  ​Our mission aligns with Matt's beliefs of wanting to keep loved ones in their own homes as long as possible where they can age comfortably with grace and dignity. At SAFE HOMECARE we are focused on providing quality service that exceeds our clients expectations.

Keri Gustafson

Vice President

Keri is also a Native Floridian. She completed her undergraduate studies from the University of Florida, and master’s degree from University of Central Florida. Keri has a background in Speech Language Pathology and enjoys helping others which is why she decided to join her husband at SAFE HOMECARE.

Brooke Townsend

Director of Marketing

Brooke, also a Native Floridian graduated from Florida Atlantic University. She has an extensive background in skilled home health care, transitioned to non-skilled homecare in 2022. Brooke is well known in the community and prides herself in going above and beyond for her clients and referral sources.

Kelly Roche

Director of Business Development

Kelly, originally from Ohio has a background in Durable Medical Equipment Sales (DME) and is an Occupational Therapist Assistant at a local hospital. Kelly joined the SAFE HOMECARE family in June of 2024. She has a caring personality and is very determined to go above and beyond for her clients, which perfectly aligns with our mission.  

Jenny Ortiz

Director of Operations

Jenny, originally from New York, moved to Florida in 2004, and has over 20 years of Operations Management experience. She joined the SAFE HOMECARE family in October 2023 in order to have a better work/life balance, while also having the opportunity to advance her career in a new industry. Jenny takes pride in helping SAFE HOMECARE provide the highest level of care to our community and enjoys working with our clients to help keep their loved ones in their own homes while they age in place.

Lisa Miranda

Care Manager, RN

Lisa is a native Floridian. Originally from Palm Beach County, she has been a RN for over 12 years and couldn't see herself being anything else. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, including her two fur babies that are super spoiled.  She loves traveling, going to the beach, and anything outdoors. She joined the SAFE HOMECARE family in June of 2024 to have a better work life balance compared to working in the hospital full-time.  She is excited to see what the future holds as our company continues to grow and provide excellent, personalized care for our clients.

Nicole Perotti

Operations Supervisor

Nicole Perotti, originally from New York. Studied International Business at Lehigh University in PA. She has an extensive background in management and acquisitions. Nicole is very active in the community. She is on the board of her kids PTA, as well as an advocate for autism. Nicole is first and foremost, a wife and a mother of two children. She looks forward to helping SAFE HOMECARE continue to provide the best care possible to our community.

Nelson Ortiz

Nelson was born Brooklyn, NY, and has lived in Florida for 19 years. He recently graduated from Palm Beach State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.  Nelson enjoys spending time with his family and his girlfriend. He joined SAFE HOMECARE to be able to make a difference in people's lives, not just with clients and their families, but also to provide a better culture for our caregivers.
