If you’re considering home care for a loved one, the first step is typically an in-home assessment. Many families aren’t sure what to expect—but the process is simple, informative, and designed to make you feel confident moving forward.
At SAFE HOMECARE, we conduct free in-home assessments across San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Tulsa, OK; and Stuart, FL to ensure our care plans are tailored to your loved one’s exact needs.
What Is a Home Care Assessment?
An assessment is a no-obligation meeting where one of our care coordinators visits the client’s home to:
Understand daily routines and challenges
Identify physical, emotional, or cognitive needs
Evaluate home safety and mobility risks
Discuss family expectations and schedule preferences
What You’ll Learn
During the visit, we’ll answer your questions, explain our services, and build a care plan based on what your loved one truly needs—nothing more, nothing less.
Who Should Attend?
We recommend having the primary family decision-makers attend, along with the senior if they’re able to participate. This ensures everyone is comfortable with the plan and next steps.
It’s Not a Sales Pitch
We focus on education, not pressure. Our goal is to help you understand your options and make the best decision for your family.
